We are currently hiring for Full-time Human Resources & Administrative CoordinatorPart-time Van operators and Full-time/Part-time Bus operators.

Si desea convertirse en conductor de autobús, damos la bienvenida a nuevos conductores y ofrecemos capacitación pagada y asistencia completa durante todo el proceso de obtención de su Licencia de conducir comercial (CDL) Clase B con un endoso P.

 

Los solicitantes calificados deben :

  • Tener al menos 19 años de edad;

  • Tener 3 años de experiencia de conducción regular;

  • Tener un diploma de escuela secundaria, GED o su equivalente en experiencia laboral.

 

Beneficios :

  • Pago inicial durante el entrenamiento $ 10 / hora y aumentado a $ 15 / hora después de obtener CDL

Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR Responsibilities including: FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, Retirement, Harassment training and investigations, hiring, and benefit enrollment.

  • Acts as Agency’s HIPAA Privacy Officer, which entails giving HIPAA training, ensuring Agency is compliant with HIPAA, and receiving any reports of HIPAA breaches.

  • Process Paratransit applications and ensure the Agency is in compliance with ADA Regulation.

  • Communicate and explain AppalCART’s transportation services to the public.

  • Maintain Notary Public Commission.

  • Act as a Secretary to the Board.

  • Act as Drug and Alcohol Program Manager (DAPM).

  • Assist with regularly updating the Agency’s website.

  • Process mail and keep a cash and checks log.

  • Assist with writing and updating procedures and policies.

  • Purchase and organize office and janitorial supplies.

  • Maintain complex and detailed Personnel files and records.

  • Receive, assist, and direct calls, emails, and other correspondence with the public.

Qualified Applicants must:

     have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited community college with major course work in secretarial science or related field and considerable experience in office assistance work. Experience in human resources and/or public transportation will be helpful.

·       Starting pay at $17 - 19 /hr
